Photography has been a life-long hobby. As a teen, I enjoyed photographing people, places and events. However, the film development expense was prohibitive for me. However, the advent of Digital Photography and full-time employment allowed me to resurrect the passion.
I began photographing digitally to document our children’s development. Afterwards, I pursued landscape and travel photography. Over time, I photographed weddings, banquets, retirement parties and other engagements. However, nothing beats freezing those candid moments with family and friends.
I’m learning more about portrait photography as I want to formally capture families as they develop, expand, and get old
. However, it won’t be the same ‘ol stuffy family portraits. They will consist of on-location shots and more a casual approach without the loss of quality or creativity.
I’m glad you took the time to learn more about me and my passion for photography. As you read the posts, please leave a comment and let me know what you think. Did I cause you to think about something you never noticed? Do you disagree with something I said? I welcome the opportunity to dialog with my visitors.
Taking pictures is God’s gift to me. How I use it is my gift to Him.
God Bless and keep shooting.

Hi, Roger
Create website that’s for sharing your passion with us. love the church the pictures felt like the walls were leaning inwards very nice. You showed the detailed structure of building I like that. Love the garden scene felt like I was walking in it with the plants above me. Keep up the good work.

I enjoyed looking at your photos from Colorado Garden of the Gods & Pikes Peak. I was lucky to visit there last July where I also got some wonderful shots of both areas. I used my Nikon D5000 with the 17-270 Tamron lens. I am headed to DC in July but, unfortunately will not take my Nikon as I don’t want to carry it around all day. I will take my small Canon or Sony digital cameras which both take wonderful photos. Keep up with your beautiful photography.
